A Labor of Love

This home is loved and cherished by 3 generations of our family and counting.

Built in 1958.
Renovations completed in May 2025.

Meet Bob and Shirley Rice

They got married September 17, 1949. Bob was raised in Palisade and Shirley in Grand Junction. They met on a blind date set up by Shirley's cousin. It's a pretty cute love story!

Ten years later, they started to build their dream home!
